I encourage you to learn about my positions, and share your ideas. I have dedicated myself to public service my entire career – as a legislative aide, policy analyst and currently as a Denver Deputy District Attorney. I am a Coloradan, husband, father, and lifelong learner, I want to apply these experiences to benefit our district and the state.
I declared my candidacy for Colorado State House of Representatives, District 7, in July 2009. I am running for the state legislature because I believe in smart government. The answers to effective government are not simple. They are far more complicated than a sound-bite heard on the evening news. I know, from experience, that good government takes work.
I believe that the best ideas for government come from legislators and citizens. We are in a new era where people have access to all manner of information. This should be used to benefit government. I’ll work to put the best ideas in practice.
